| Customer Reviews: Great for South Park/Butters fans July 24, 2009 Hoolia 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I purchased this as a gift for a close friend.
It is something a "South Park" fan would appreciate but also can be enjoyed by others who aren't familiar.
The only thing I wish is that he would have other phrases. When taken out of the box, he did say "Son of a Biscuit" quite a few times until he was 'settled' and not bobbling.
Cute and a good way to get a smile when having a rough day.
Talking Butters Wobbler Review May 14, 2009 MGoBlue (Boston, MA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a fantastic toy, and well worth the purchase. Butters says "Son of a Biscuit!" whenever he's wobbled =).
Good: Its really durable, having survived the baggage handling of an international flight (I kept it in the box it came in, just to be safe). The toy looks really cool, and feels good to handle, since it isn't one of those GI-Joe sized playthings. This is about as big as a large coffee mug.
Not so good: I found that Butters does go nuts and say "Son of a Biscuit" way too many times if you wobble him just a little, but it's not really a problem. A largely immobile object (bookshelf/heavy desk) is the best home for him; small pokes can be used to get him to speak.
Overall: If you're a South Park, and especially a Butters fan, I definitely recommend this product =).
Great, but a bit sensitive February 24, 2009 solidgoldmini (NJ) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
This Talking Butters is great for all the Butters fans out there. My Butters arrived dressed in his usual blue outfit, not in the pajamas pictured. When he bobbles, he says "Son of a Biscuit!", which is fun, but also the one downside to the toy. It's VERY sensitive. Sometimes one touch to get his head bobbling results in three "Son of a Biscuit"s in rapid succession. A great toy for South Park fans, just don't keep him on a desk if it tends to wobble.
Nice toy, but wish it said more than 1 phrase July 21, 2010 Tim Guyer (chicago) This is a really cute bobble head, but wish it said more than one phrase. Plus, there is no on/off button and it is motion sensored. You basically have to put the plastic tab back in to get it to turn off.
doesn't work January 7, 2010 Cammy Georgiou my son got this as well as the Kenny one for Christmas. Kenny works fine...butters does not work..he was so upset..i tried looking for an email for the store i purchased it from ...can anyone help me..
